Shaun Jeffrey is the Progressive Conservative candidate for Red River North and a longtime business and non-profit leader whose career has focused on local enterprise, youth mentorship and community organizations in Manitoba.

Since 2018, Shaun has served as Executive Director and CEO of the Manitoba Restaurant and Foodservices Association. In that role, he advocates for restaurants, foodservice operators and local businesses across the province.

Shaun is a lifelong advocate for youth empowerment, a multi-sport coach and mentor, and a Director at Large on the national board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada. His volunteer work reflects a commitment to helping young people build confidence, skills and strong community connections.

He also serves as Vice President of the Manitoba Minor Football Association and has contributed to Football Manitoba as policy chair, supporting the growth and responsible development of community sport.

Shaun holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Winnipeg and a management development certificate from Red River College. He has more than 15 years of experience in board and charity development.
